You can request deletion of your Nedo account and associated personal data at any time.
Open the Nedo app, go to Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.
If you can't access the app, email support@nedo.co.in from the address linked to your account, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We action verified requests within 7 days.
We remove your personal data: name, phone number, profile photo, saved delivery addresses, notification tokens, and referral code.
For legal, tax, and accounting reasons we keep past order and payment-ledger records in anonymised form, no longer linked to your identity, only as required by law.
If you have an order in progress, please wait until it is delivered or cancelled — active orders block deletion so in-flight transactions aren't orphaned.
