You may cancel an order free of charge within the short cancellation window shown after placing it (before the shop begins preparing). Once a shop has started preparing or the order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled from the app — contact support for help.
Wallet refunds are credited instantly. Refunds to the original payment method (UPI/card) are initiated immediately and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
Delivery fees may be non-refundable once an order is out for delivery, except where the issue is on our side.
