Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge within the short cancellation window shown after placing it (before the shop begins preparing). Once a shop has started preparing or the order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled from the app — contact support for help.

Refunds

  • If you cancel within the allowed window and had paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method or Nedo wallet.
  • If an item is unavailable, damaged, or an order is cancelled by the shop or Nedo, you receive a full refund for the affected items.
  • For quality issues, report the order in the app within 24 hours of delivery; eligible refunds are issued after review.

Refund timelines

Wallet refunds are credited instantly. Refunds to the original payment method (UPI/card) are initiated immediately and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Non-refundable

Delivery fees may be non-refundable once an order is out for delivery, except where the issue is on our side.

Use "Report an issue" in the app order screen, or email support@nedo.co.in with your order number.
