Nedo Solutions ("Nedo", "we", "us") operates the Nedo grocery-delivery app and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account: your name and mobile number (used for one-time-code login).
• Delivery: your saved addresses and approximate location, to find nearby shops and enable delivery.
• Orders: items ordered, order history, and in-app messages with shops/delivery partners.
• Payments: processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details.
• Device: notification tokens (to send order updates) and basic app analytics.

How we use it

To create your account, place and route orders, process payments, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share only what's needed to fulfil your order: order and address details with the shop fulfilling it and the assigned delivery partner; payment information with our payment processor. We may disclose data where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the app (Account → Delete Account) or by emailing support@nedo.co.in. We remove your personal data and keep only anonymised order/payment records required for legal and accounting purposes. See Delete Account.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel.

Children

Nedo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
