You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and treat partner shops and delivery partners respectfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Prices, availability, and delivery times are shown in good faith and may change. An order is confirmed once payment (or a cash-on-delivery selection) is accepted. We may cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, or delivery constraints, with a full refund where payment was made.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available where shown.

Nedo acts as a platform connecting customers, shops, and delivery partners. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
